What the customer is required to do?

Please read through our Return Policy on this page to understand our return procedures and make sure your item is eligible for return.

You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 1st of the month, you have till the 7th to initiate a return. If your item is damaged or not working at all or if the size is wrong from our mistake then it would be eligible for return or refund.

If you have chosen the wrong size or color of the product then it won’t be eligible for return or refund as this is not our fault.

You have to contact us by email to request a return and inform us about the product by complete order information and pictures of the product.

After placing your order, an email will be sent for order confirmation. customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. If customer claims their refund after 24 hours, $50 will be deducted from customers invoice price.

After customer's order has been shipped and received, if customer claims a refund then customer will have to ship the item back to the provided address, and once tracking number has been submitted by customer, company will refund after a deduction of $50.

How to apply for a refund?

Kindly email us at info@thetiwana.com about the defected product you have received. We are not responsible if the product is damaged from your side. In this case we will not be able to help you.

We will shortly reply to you regarding your refund as our support team is ready to help you at any time.

Once we receives the product, it will be sent directly to our inspection team . After it we will either refund your money to you or exchange it as per your choice.

Terms in which refund is applicable

Returned items must be unused and should be in it original condition/packing as the items were received in, with all the tags and labels attached.

Kindly return your products with the authorized postal or courier services to avoid loss due to the products being lost as thealazon.com will not be responsible for the missing of products in transit for returns from the customer.

We will not accept returns, refunds and exchanges if you simply changes you mind about your product like;                                                                             

I have found a better price,
I changed my mind, 
I no longer need it, 
Product does not fits properly,
Ordered the wrong product,

Order was made accidentally.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges until and unless they received something significantly not as described. If the customer selects the wrong size, thealazon.com will not be responsible for this.

You will be reimbursed in the same payment type used at the checkout of your products.

50% Discount on your next purchase,
Gift  codes that can be used on next purchase.

 

For fast solutions, kindly include a photograph that shows the poor quality or the damaged area of the product. Pictures should be on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
