Shipping Policy

How long will the shipment take ?

All orders are usually shipped within 7 business days as we make customized items. We try our best to minimize fulfilment time for our made to measure orders within 1 week.

Countries where we ship?

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Israel. Iran And Iraq. In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all shipments are carried through Express Deliveries which are DHL and FedEx. The item take 3-4 days in making and after making of the item, shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep. 

NOTE: Our items are mostly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan or our warehouses in UK and USA. We do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Once we ship the order and provide tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by courier company due to any reason, or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer's responsibility to contact courier company. We recommend you the follow up with courier service once you are provided with the tracking id.

Can the order be delivered to multiple address?

In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers. We usually ship items in one parcel. Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery on a different address, customer will have to contact respected courier service for further actions.

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.

We do not deliver the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like the product to be  delivered to multiple addresses, kindly place those orders separately

Tax charges

International shipments from the US, UK & PK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

What if the products are not received?

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received yet while the tracking status shows the product is delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your products as once the product has been shipped we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues are still occurring, kindly email us at info@thealazon.com. We will assist you at our fullest..

Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may occur due to technical issues by which the tracking information is not updated on the app. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us info@thealazon.com.
